Do You Really Need a Rebuild?

If your chimney sweep recommends a rebuild, following an inspection, you need one. A CSIA-certified sweep adheres to a stringent code of ethics which helps to protect against fraud. A chimney sweep can have his certification revoked if found in violation of this code of ethics.
